Range questions: give a low and a high number so that you are as sure as the stated confidence (usually 90%) that the true answer lies between them. If you are well calibrated, about 9 in 10 of your ranges will contain the answer.
True/false questions: pick True or False, then say how likely you are to be right, from 50% (a pure guess) to 100% (certain). If you are well calibrated, your percent correct will match your average stated probability.
